Dark Chocolate Bark [Recipe]

Eating healthy shouldn’t be boring!

Enjoy this all natural dessert!


  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate (60-70% cacao)
  • 1 cup Almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup Seeds, pumpkin or sunflower
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped


  • Prep a cookie sheet or 9×13 casserole dish by laying parchment paper in the bottom.
  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler, until it is almost all melted. Stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat, still stirring until all melted.
  • Add nuts and seeds.
  • Pour/spread onto prepared dish.
  • Chill until solid, about 10-45 minutes.
  • Remove from dish and break into pieces.
  • Enjoy!
